Proudly machined from US sourced Ti6Al4V, this oil filler cap is designed to replace the factory plastic cap. Fits most Suzuki applications with an M20×1.5 thread replacing part number 11971-25D00 ( GSXR 600, GSXR 750, GSXR 1000etc). Utilizing an 8mm internal Allen hex drive, never have a stuck oil filler cap again. Much thought was put into this cap to allow for secure safety wiring while not being an absolute boat anchor like the vast majority of aftermarket oil filler caps. Reuses Factory o-ring seal. And isn’t it so beautiful with its perfect surface finishes and surfaced pockets?!
